And so it is for cider. From the land, for the people and imbued with a rich cultural history, ‘West End Shrews’ is part of an on-going exploration into the links between music and cider which are both firmly rooted in time, place, the people that create them and the folks they wash over.
Twists of leather and mahogany rub against jewel bright green apples. A hint of orange rind and a whisper of smoke. Time mellowed tannins complement a balanced astringency to create a satisfying savoury character.
